.The skilled independent visa is a points-based permanent residency visa for skilled workers who want to reside and work permanently in Australia. These workers don’t have any employer, family member, or state Government in Australia backing them. It allows qualified workers to live and work anywhere in Australia. To be eligible, applicants must have an occupation listed on Australia’s skilled occupation list and meet requirements related to age, skills, proficiency and points score. Once accepted, visa holders can live, work and study anywhere in Australia. They can even endorse any eligible relatives for permanent residency. Your skills and qualifications must meet Australian standards as you have to give a positive skill assessment from an approved assessing authority

5.No outstanding debts

You must not owe any money to the Australian Government, or you must have arranged to repay it.
